In AliRoot, there is used rmkdepend from Root to generate
dependencies files.
We are getting the following warnings from
rmkdepend:
rmkdepend: warning: MUON/AliMUONSt1Response.cxx (reading

and the same for other includes as map, string, utility...
from standard library.
There was put a fix for some compilers to AliRoot makefiles
(by adding the directory with this includes explicitely to
the include path), but this will fail eg. if one uses a compiler
installed in some other place.
I'd say that rmkdepend should be able to find this includes
without any special instructions as the compiler does;
unless there is some particular reason for this?
Can this be, please, fixed?
It does not seem to be dependent on compiler, for me, it happens
with gcc 3.1. The root version: 3.10/01
