[ROOT] TPad::DrawClonePad() shows strange behaviour?

Dear all,

if I open the Canvas saved in the attached file from the TBrowser I get 
a nice replicate of what I have saved in the file.

If I now open a new Tcanvas by:
TBrowser/File/New Canvas

And from my canvas opened already I use the context menu of the TCanvas 
and class DrawClonePad() I get something different...

Is this a bug or a feature?
