Hi ROOTers,
I tried to make the CVS version of ROOT because I wanted to use the new
TGraph2D package. When I try to gmake it, I get the error below. I've tried
with gmaking different versions from source, but I always get the same error.
Is it obvious to anyone what's going wrong?
I'm using RedHat 8.0, and I've managed to get ROOT working before using RPMs.

creating config.h
gmake[1]: Entering directory `/home/phil/root2/asimage/src/libAfterImage'
gmake[1]: *** No rule to make target `afterbase.o', needed by
`libAfterImage.a'. Stop.
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/home/phil/root2/asimage/src/libAfterImage'
gmake: *** [asimage/src/libAfterImage/libAfterImage.a] Error 2

Cheers,
Phil
