Hi Nathan,
That's really odd. When I use root 3.10/01 on Mac OS X 10.2.8 (compiled
with gcc3.3) everything looks fine. However, if I run on Mac OS X
10.3.1 I see the same missing uncertainties as you do. I use on both
machines the same executable.
I have no idea what the actual problem might be.
