[ROOT] scientific manipulator

      Hello Alexandr,

      I am sorry for late reply.

      scientific was missing from Cint. I'll try to introduce it.
      But, I need to do it for each compiler.  Will you tell me which
      compiler do you use?

      The manipulator "scientific" is not defined (tested with ROOT
3.10/01):

      root [0] cout << scientific;
      Error: Symbol scientific is not defined in current scope
FILE:(tmpfile) LINE:1
      *** Interpreter error recovered ***

      Is there a workaround or do I have to use printf("%e",...) instead?
