Hi,

I have no problems installing the win32gcc version. In the roottalk 
forum Axel Naumann has indicated to not use gcc3.3.
I suggest to do: 
make distclean
./configure win32gcc
make -k

If you still have problems, send the output
of the confifure command, as well as the ouput of make -k
