[ROOT] scaling TGeoManager geometry

Hi roottalk,
I have a TGeoManager built geometry that I'd like to scale uniformly by some factor.  Is
there an easy way to do this?  I can do it at the time the geometry is built, of course, but
I thought there might be an easy way to do it post-build.
