January 29, 2004 Update Winter Storms: Due to the Winter Storms in the North, the United States Post Office may experience an additional 0-3 days delivering time for "Media Rate-Ground" packages. The possible time delay depends on your delivery location, and storm problems between your city and Tampa Bay where we are located. These delays are added to the normal delivery times below. The avergae delivery time by USPS Meida Rate is 6-15 business days from the date of your order. About 90% of our orders are being delivered by the post office in less than 9 business day. We are seeing U.S. POst Office delays of 1-8 days (by USPS) this month for orders shipping to the West Coast and North USA. The estimated delivery times do NOT include weekends, nor holidays. The USPS does not offer tracking numbers as with UPS. We are working towards this. We ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays and weekends.
