My 5 cents ...
The problem is that this interface is dependent on the Geant4 version (and
may also be ROOT version dependent). I mean the source code here ...
There does not seem to exist any good solution for this problem up to now.
I personally haven't found any solution to keep different versions of
Geant4 mixed with different versions of ROOT.
If one keeps this library with other Geant4 libraries ... one is stuck to
a particular version of ROOT, and if one keeps that library with other
ROOT libraries ... one is stuck to a particular version of Geant4 ...
