I feel that especially for TProfile it would make sense to have this option, in my case for example, I plot certain measured values over time, so a mean of the y-axis is the only thing that is of interest for me. How about making the statistics of the y-axis to the default source for the statistics display, whenever the user has switched on the time display for the x-axis? In this case the statistics of the time-axis should only be of interest in the rarest cases, wouldn't you think so?
