[ROOT] how to link in CMT with ROOT libraries

Hello!

I'm building a library in the CMT enviroment, but now I would like to link 
with the ROOT libraries in order to be able to open, read ,and create 
ROOT files.

Which CMT enviroment variable and which commands or/and packages I have 
to include in the requirements file?
