[ROOT] Class TElementAction not found

Hello!

I'm tried to create on object of class TElementAction and got the following
result:

root [0] new TElementAction <TAB>
TElementAction
TElementActionD
root [0] new TElementAction( <TAB>
class "TElementAction" not defined.
root [0] act=new TElementAction()
(const class TElementAction*)0x8928988

Why it can't print constructor parametrs of this class by <TAB> key?
