Dear Remi, dear Rene Thank you for your reply. I hope this problem can be solved soon. Personal note: As Wim Lavrijsen mentioned in slide 8 of his talk about PyROOT, ROOT uses "Simple C++" only. I consider this a main advantage of ROOT and hope that this will allow ROOT to work on Mac OS X w/o problem in the future, too.
