[ROOT] libThread dependence on TCanvas

  Hi root developers,

  It appears that libThread depends directly on TCanvas (via 
TThread::XAction()). This has the unfortunate effect of making things (like
XTNetFile) which use TThread depend (somewhat unnaturally) on libGpad (and
perhaps other things, I've not looked to see what that depends on). Is it
possible to remove this dependence?
