Hi Rene, I am using ROOT version 3.10/01. I am not sure what you mean by overwritten? In the meantime I figured out, that the job who was producing this ROOT file ran out of disc space. The job continued after someone else did some cleanup. I will rerun this job and see if the problem is still there. Thanks a lot for your always great and immediate support!
