You forgot your script in your attachements.
Anyway, I do not understand why you want to create a TH2 in your case.
Why is a TH1 not sufficient?
You can always draw the ProjectionX of a 2d hist, with
  h2->ProjectionX()->Draw()

Hi Rene,
Thanks for mail . Sorry for confusion. This time I am attaching the root 
script as well the output histogram (fig_1) that I am getting from the 
root scripts. The fig_1 is a scatter plot. Is it possible to plot fig_1 
as it looks in fig_2 ? Please let me know.
