[ROOT] flag to know weteher limit is reached or not ?

Hi rooters,

I can't find in TMinuit a flag saying wether limits are reached for some
parameters. There is just the mnprin function which gives this
information. I would prefer a boolean variable. Do you know if this
information exists ?
