Hi,

I have a histogram which is a ratio of two others which contain energy
spectra.  One spectrum tails off before the other and due to low
statistics there are bins with zero events.  I want to do the dubious
process of interpolating the ratio histogram for those bins.

Is there any existing mechanism to do this?
