[ROOT] hadd on files with folders

Hi,
I seem to be having a problem using hadd when the input files
have their histograms in folders.  I am using root 3.05/07.
In fact, my input files contain both folders and directories.
The error I got is shown below.  I verified that the histograms
in the output file contain only the entries from the first input file.
Is there a fix to hadd for folder support?
