Dear Rooters, Following the announcement of ROOT 4.00/04 last week-end, two problems have been reported to us -one affecting a session with multiple canvases when the canvases are created and deleted rapidly. -the binaries for Windows did not work on the old systems win98 or win2k These problems have been fixed and new binaries and source tar files rebuilt yesterday ( May 3) at around 23h00 (Geneva time). The ROOT CVS tag has been updated accordingly (v4-00-04). Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks to the users who reported the problems. Rene Brun
