 As we transition to the new billing platform, we could not verify your current information. Either your information has changed or it is incomplete your invoices will be delayed. To help sellers who use recurring payment methods anticipate when they will be charged, , please refer to the list below: 
If you have a Credit Card on file,please update and verify your information and your payments will be charged approximately 5-7 days after invoicing. 
If you have a bank account (all countries except US and Canada) on file, it will be debited approximately 5 days after invoicing. 
For US and Canada sellers with a bank account on file, it will be debited approximately 10 days after invoicing. 
If you would prefer to not have your recurring payment method charged, a one-time payment can be submitted. To make one-time payments, go to www.ebay.com and update and verify your information. 
In addition, we are aware that some members have experienced discrepancies viewing their running balances and current balances on the Account Status page in My eBay. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience. so you can update and verify your information by logging using this link:
