[ROOT] Beginner can't load ALL the libraries on Mac

Dear ROOT-ers

I have installed ROOT Version 3.10/02 13 January 2004 on my Macintosh.

Some specifications:
ProductName:    Mac OS X
ProductVersion: 10.3.4
Darwin Kernel Version 7.4.0
gcc version 3.3 20030304 (Apple Computer, Inc. build 1635) (-mlongcall)

I'm able to load some libraries (e.g. libEG, libGeom) in ROOT session,  
but some of them give me errors, e.g.

All the libraries are in the same /usr/local/root/lib; looks like that  
paths and ROOTSYS are defined OK - ROOT runs.

Any ideas for a novice?
