[ROOT] ROOT version 4.00/06a bug fix release

Thanks to several users for reporting quickly a back incompatibility
problem when reading objects of classes TVector, TVectorF, TVectorD, TMatrixF,
TMatrixD from files written by previous versions of the system.

We have introduced a bug fix release with CVS tag v4-00-06a.
Source and binary tar files corresponding to this tag are available at:
