Hi Claus,

The most likely cause if that you have an environment setting
problem where the executables and the libraries are not being
pick up from the same release of ROOT. Check very carefully
your PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH variables.

Cheers,
Philippe.

Subject: [ROOT] ROOT: relocation error

Dear ROOTers,

I installed a new ROOT version; if I now try to compile I get:

Info in <TUnixSystem::ACLiC>: creating shared library
/home/horn/root/./CNtuple_C.so
rootcint: relocation error: rootcint: undefined symbol:
_ZN12G__ClassInfo9GetMethodEPKcS1_Pl
Error in <ACLiC>: Dictionary generation failed!

I think I sed the necessary Path information.
What could be the reason for this?

Thanx for your help!

Claus Horn
