[ROOT] re-directing the screen output on ROOT

Hi,

Is there any way to re-direct the screen output of ROOT from the command
line
to a file, in the same way that is done on UNIX?

For example on UNIX one can do:

% cat myFile > myFileDump

Is there anything like that available from the command line on ROOT for
example:

root [63] myTree->Scan("floorZ[0][1]",inECp01) > myFileDump
