[ROOT] fStatCached uninitialized in TDCacheFile

Hi,
  The variable TDCacheFile::fStatCached is left unset when the normal
(ie. non-null) ctor is called.  This can lead to very odd behavour
where files are claimed to be truncated.  This problem has existed
since 2004-04-29, so it is an issue with v4-00-08x as well as the
current CVS.
