[ROOT] Using Cuts in Root

Hi
 
This may be a very basic thing to ask. 
When i use different cuts to plot a 1-D histogram after a particluar number of cuts this say:
 
argument list too long!!!!!
 
if i use this in a Macro this gives me the following:
 *** Break *** segmentation violation
Root > Function test() busy flag cleared
 
but if i remove 1 or 2 cuts from these this works fine either way.
 
any help please
