	Not sure whether I answer your question but:
	Do you know about
someh.SetAxisRange(0,10,"X") or
someh.SetAxisRange(0,10,"Y") alredy?

If does not work then:
someh.GetXaxis()->SetRange(0,10);
someh.GetYaxis()->SetRange(0,10);
