Are you a "frequentist" or a "Bayesian"?
This is in short the answer to your main question.
I let the specialists debate this point. I cc your mail
to the authors of the 3 classes.
Just a comment to Jan Conrad (TRolke). It would be good
to have some kind of output like TLimit provides.
