[ROOT] STL support

Dear all,

I apparently have some prolbems when running an application which has 
been compiled with the ROOT objects and uses also the STL liberaries.
Do I need to specify something, if I want to use STL withint ROOT 
applications, or are they called authomatically when compiling ROOT?
