[ROOT] Stat box and font precision 3

Hi,

If I try to specify font precision 3 (font size in pixels) for a 
histogram stat box, I get a extremely large stat box. The first file 
attached is a script to reproduce the problem.

The second file in the attachment is a patch for quick solution. 
Probably height calculation should be performed more carefully using 
NDC<->pixels scale factor, although while stat box with is fixed it 
wouldn't be very useful.

patch -p1 < precision3-THistPainter.patch
from the top directory of ROOT sources.
