Our services have been retained on behalf of the late Mr,Thomas Frank
and family of #23 Port Street, Bounke, Accra hereinafter referred to as
"our client".Our client was a major contractor to Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) for eight years and also had a
company registered as KIDAV OIL SERVICING COMPANY LIMITED incorporated
in 1990. He died in a ghastly motor accident along Kaima Express way,
