Our services have been retained on behalf of the late
Mr,Thomas Frank
and family of #23 Port Street, Bounke, Accra hereinafter
referred to as
"our client".Our client was a major contractor to Ghana
National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) for eight years and
also had a
company registered as KIDAV OIL SERVICING COMPANY LIMITED
incorporated
in 1990. He died in a ghastly motor accident along Kaima
Express way,
Accra,
on the 14thday of July 2002 along with his wife and two
children.
It is to this end that our services have been retained to
trace his
next of kin for the purpose of creating a legal trust
against his
estate within thenext 30 working days, otherwise our
client's
hugeestate will be forfeited to the government since he
died intestate.
All available records at our disposal and hiscountry's
embassy here
in Ghana as regards to his extended family are quitescanty.
We
have,therefore, embarked on a lengthy search for
ourclient's next
of kin over the internet, thus our present contact to you.

the deceased
for thecreation of a legal trust and the reparation of his
funds.
