Hi Marina,

You forgot to mention with oracle plugin you were using (gsi version or ROOT 4.03/03 version) or the version of ROOT and your OS.

Cheers,
Philippe.

Subject: [ROOT] Use of the class TSQLServer

Hi,
I'm trying to use the TSQLServer class to connect to an Oracle db. When I try to connect with:

TSQLServer *db =
TSQLServer::Connect("oracle://devdb10.cern.ch","myaccount","mypasswd");

I'm kicked out of root without any error message explaining what's wrong. Any suggestion?

                   Marina
