Hmm, okay. When I built the version I'm using I had some trouble with building ASImage, (confusion between built-in and external versions). I thought I finally worked everything out but maybe not. I'll do a full distclean and update to HEAD and see if this clears the problem up. I'll let you know one way or the other.

For completeness, and to prove I'm not crazy (or maybe to prove I am!), a concise test is available at:

There is a fodder TGraph in the .root file and a driver script. Note that in the dump'ed images (included in the .tgz file) the TGraph is distorted such that it appears to cover most of the canvas.
