No easy way to do that for the time being. When the new GL version of the Pad (TPadGL) will be available, such mixing will be easier to implement. With the current version I guess you can try to draw first the graph2d and, on top of it, (in an other pad (transparent)) the 3D scene. I have not tried, it is just a suggestion.
