Hi,
just to clarify "the problem" with afterimage. We do not intend to develop our own "builtin-afterimage". The differences between "ROOT libAfterImage" and "official" one are temporary. After adding/changing a couple of things related to vector graphics (inside libAfterImage/draw.c) I'm going to send a patch to author (Sasha Vasko). Hopefully will be done this week.
