this is the typical scenario. Trying to trim down the problem I discover I was filling the TProfile2D with one entry that had infinite weight. It caused the cell content to turn out NaN. We could argue that in this case the preferred mathematical result for the value should be the value of this infinite weight point discarding all others entries but I understand that this is pathological usage of the Fill() method.

So thanks anyway, my problem is solved.
