Hi ROOTers,

When I try to use pythia with root and the external compiled "", somehow the two dynamic shared objects are missing :

I download the pythia package from the following link :

After that I run in the pyhia directory the follwoing command :


to create the dynamic shared object " ". After that I specify
the external linking in the configure script

./configure linux --with-pythia6-libdir=/home/mmitrov/pythia6/

After that I am running "make".

I am not sure what I made wrong? I wanted to mention that I am using Scientific Linux.

Any ideas where the mistake is???
