minuit2 question

hi,

it looks like the "grad" option (user supplied derivatives) is not yet implemented in TFitterMinuit, is this correct?

i would like to be able to easily switch from minuit to fumili at run time, and the new implementation where TFitterFumili inherits from TFitterMinuit looks like it provides this ability in a natural way...however, i need to be able to supply the fitter with my derivatives for performance reasons.

is there currently a way to do this with root? if not, is there any time table for adding the "grad" option to the minuit2 package?
