Resize Box is drawn on Mac

Hello Mac ROOTers,

A resize box is drawn on the right-bottom corner if I save a displayed canvas as a PNG format using the menu "Save as..." . TCanvas::SaveAs() creates the same result.

How can I create PNG files without resize boxes ?

ROOT 5.08/00b
OS X Tiger 10.4.5
X11.app with the default 'quartz-wm' window manager
