TSpectrum implementation without histograms?

Hi list,
i'm very interested in the TSpectrum class. I would like to know if there is an easy way to implement this function without building histograms. I have two vectors of points x[i] and y[i] that corresponds to the output of a flash ADC, and i would like to find the peaks in the signal sampling the vectors.....
