Which binary distribution do you import that does not contain libEGPythia6?
If you install from source, libEGPythia6 is built if you request it when
running configure.
./configure linux \
--with-pythia6-libdir=$HOME/pythia6
Before running configure, you must have created libPythia6. see section "Pythia event Generators" at http://root.cern.ch/root/Install.html
