Please specify, as Rene pointed out, ROOT version, architecture, build type, operating system, compiler, etc. The above is _not_ enough.

Please don't. I don't want your file, as I have little use for it.

My point was merely, that if (and only if) you have _either_ configured ROOT with `--prefix' _or_ if you installed pre-built Debian binaries, then there _might_ be a bug in the ROOT code. Specifically, it was fixed in version 5.13.03.

Other than that, I don't want to debug your problem, so please do not send me any files.

If the problems is with the AliROOT stuff, you should write submit a bug report on savannah.cern.ch.
