Now when an histogram has negative and positive entries, the minimum is set to be 0.0001*Maximum (Maximum being positive). If min and max are negative an error is issued... You can shift your data to make them > 0 and plot two histo with different colors.

Subject: [ROOT] matrix difference
Dear ROOTers,
I woulk like to visualize the difference of two matrices in log scale. The problem I have doing this are the negartive entries, which are the some how mapped to zero. Is it possible to have a "logarithmic" scale where both positive and negative bin contents are shown using two different color codes for their absolute values?
Thanks for your help,
