QtRoot news (RE: ROOT Production Release 5.14 is now available)

QtRoot news:  

1. Coin3D-based ROOT TVirtualViewer3D plugin has been upgraded
   (Thanks Zubanov Alexei, the STAR summer student from the Dubna University)

3. Windows binary for ROOT 5.14 is delayed due my Windows machine upgrade. Should be ready in a week from now.
