ROOT version 5.15/04 is relaesed

The development version of ROOT 5.15/04 is now available. For more details, see http://root.cern.ch and the Release Notes at: http://root.cern.ch/root/Version515.news.html

This version includes several optimizations, in particular a smaller memory footprint, as well as many new features that will be described in more details at the ROOT workshop next week (26,27,28 March).

The final PRO version 5.16 is scheduled for June 27.
