version mismatch check

Hi all,

after my update of ROOT head this morning I am getting this error:

Error in <TUnixSystem::Load>: version mismatch, /opt/root/root_head/lib/libFTGL.so = 51509, ROOT = 51701

The same happens for my compiled macros. I deleted and rebuilt the seemingly offending shared libs but it does not help.

Should I ignore this error?
