Hi,

The triangles markers (up and down) are correctly drawn but, because they are asymmetric symbols, the visual effect you get can be misleading. The macro $ROOTSYS/tutorials/markerwarning.C illustrate this.

Subject: [ROOT] triangle marker symbols

Hi all,

the triangle marker symbols are not really useful because the coordinate position that they are supposed to represent is not centered in the middle of the triangle.
This basically misleads the eye when looking at a graph that uses triangles.
Would it be possible to fix this?

Constantin
