Hi Alberto,

First check the list of overlaps in the browser - it may give hints.

After the drawing is done, try of the following: gGeoManager->SetTopVisible();
gGeoManager->SetVisLevel(0);
This may help to spotting the red points position.

You cannot retrieve the polymarker (except by clicking on it in the pad)
