In theory, the Qt Extension plugins compiled against the "native" (non-X11) version of Qt for Mac should do the trick. However, I cannot check it due lack of Mac. I am wondering if someone on RootTalk who had built the QtRoot Extension plugin against of the Mac "native Qt" (I know it was done) can confirm / deny the effect.
